At Kenefick Ranch, the wine-making begins in the vineyard and is completed in the cellar – our philosophy places equal emphasis on both. We use native yeasts, hand-crafted techniques and new French Oak integration to produce new world wines with soft tannins and a naturally higher acidity. “Our philosophy is to achieve perfect equilibrium, offering approachability at an early age, but with enough structure to cellar for ten to twenty years,” says winemaker Kent Jarman.
