		2023 Kenefick Ranch Sauvignon Blanc
2023 was as ideal as it gets regarding the microclimate of the Calistoga area. A very wet winter and mild growing season pushed the start of harvest back significantly. With no heat pressure overaccelerating ripeness, we were able to allow uniform hangtime and grape maturity. This has a very nice integrated acidity exuding pretty citrus notes on the aromatics while showing some focuse Lychee elements as well as the typical melon nuances.
