The 2017 Sauv Blanc really hits a high note on aromatics. Tangerine oil, lychee fruit, and wild gooseberry jump out of the glass. Fresh Pomelo notes on the palate entry are underlined by silk creamy notes, finished by clean citrus elements. The Sur lee aging helps extend the flavor profile for a long finish.
